6:00 - 7:00pm Group Dinner - Order out from Chipotle Mexican
7:30 - 8:30pm Opening Ceremonies & Introductions
8:30 - 10:30pm Fusion I - Small Groups
Afterward: Stargazing, karaoke, idea sharing ...

9:00am Breakfast (provided) - John's Famous Oatmeal
10:00am-ish Leave for hike before it gets too hot!
Lunch on the trail or back at the house (bring your own food)
3:00pm Open Sharing - sign-up sheet for times
5:45 - 6:45pm Group Dinner organized by Lizbeth
7:00 - 10:00pm Fusion II - Small Groups
Afterward: Technology demos, article/book sharing, games, murder mystery?

8:00am Breakfast (on your own - bring food for yourself)
9:00am - 11:00pm Fusion III: Goal Sharing - Large Group
Closing Thoughts

Check-out time is at 11:00am, so please pack up your belongings and cars prior to the 9:00am session.
